I started in agencies. Built one, ran it, and watched the model from the inside. There's a gap between what agencies present in the monthly report and what's actually happening in the accounts — and most clients never see it.

Over 15 years I have managed more than $400 million in advertising spend — including $100 million per year for a single client — launching and operating campaigns across South Africa, the United States, the United Kingdom, and global markets. From agency-side at iProspect and R.O.I. Digital to in-house leadership at enterprise and startup scale, I have operated on every side of the table.

What emerged from that experience is the Operational Compression framework: a methodology for taking an agency-dependent advertising function and compressing it into a lean, AI-augmented, internally owned team that outperforms on every metric — cost, speed, and output quality.

In 2023 I founded Quantumflux Digital to bring that thinking to brands that need senior advertising leadership but aren't ready for a full-time hire. The model won a CEO Today Africa Award and led to a feature on VIA TV. More importantly, it produced measurable results for every client I've worked with.
